Hi, I'm Miriam

My name is Miriam Scalisi and I am a photographer specialising in weddings in Sicily.

I graduated in Languages and later in Digital Communication and attended the Academy of High Fashion in the field of photography.

Since childhood, I have always loved art in its many facets: drawing, architecture and finally photography.

I started approaching photography with a preference for the street and architectural genres. I have always had a fear of ‘disturbing’ so I have had the temperament to shoot without being seen by my subjects.

I brought all this back to the field of photographic events in Sicily, preferring a type of spontaneous photography that captures the moment as it is, natural and full of emotions.
